Climate Change: Climate change is one of the most pressing environmental issues of our time. Rising temperatures and changing weather patterns are having a dramatic effect on ecosystems around the world, threatening food sources, coastal communities and many species’ survival. Human activity is largely to blame for climate change, through burning fossil fuels which emit greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. To slow down or even reverse climate change, drastic reductions in emissions must be made along with increased investment in renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power.
